Accommodations
This yacht is a pilothouse design with an easily-accessible large cockpit. The pilothouse enters forward and has an inside helm steering to starboard. There is a settee with table to Port.The Pilothouse area is enhanced by the large windows and open design. The salon is down and forward with an L-shaped settee to starboard and the galley across to port. Forward of of the Saloon is the guest stateroom complete with private head and shower.

Aft of the pilothouse and down is the Owners Stateroom, complete with walk-around Queen size berth, ample storage and head with tub and shower.

The aft cabin is where the Washer and Dryer is located as well as access to the engine room.

Electrical/Mechanical
A major overhaul of the electrical and mechanical systems was completed in the Fall of 2007. Included in this refit was new distribution panels both AC and DC and upgrading the 110 volt shore power service from 30amp to 50 amp service. A major Engine inspection was done at the same time. This resulted in a new heat exchanger and water pump on the main engine.

Sails and Rigging
The refit included all new standing and running rigging as well as painting of the mast and the boom. The chainplates were rebuilt, and strengthened from the original design. Both the mainsail and the headsail are on furlers for easy deployment. The mainsail furler is easily accessed as it is not inside the mast and any issue can be easily addressed. The headsail is set on a new Pro-Furl roller furling system. All the halyards, sheets and control lines are lead aft to the cockpit.

Deck
The wide uncluttered decks of this fine yacht allow for easy movement from the Bow to the Stern. On deck there is a Helm Station in the cock pit with easy access to the electronics and the sail control systems. Forward is a custom Anchor Chain locker with a New Maxwell Windlass. There are several lockers and opening hatches on the deck and the pilothouse. There are two large lockers just aft of the cockpit one used for storage and one for the propane bottles for the SS BBQ. Electric Dinghy Davits are on the very stern of the boat for launching the 14' Boston Whaler Tender.
