Documentation on all essential mechanical and electronic components is included. OWNER COMMENTS There is a large master stateroom aft with seats, a desk, and head w/ separate shower. Her pilot house salon has a large settee and table, and a comfortable chair and nav station at the inside helm, all with excellent sit down viewing. The salon table drops to form a large double bed with the settee. A guest stateroom forward has a double V berth and addition single skipper berth. There is a second head with shower. The galley is u shaped for safety and convenience and has a large counter opposite, providing a work area for cooking or projects. The galley has an almost new 3 burner stove w/oven & broiler and a recently added large refrigerator with holding plate. The double sink has pressurized fresh and salt water and an auxiliary freshwater foot pump. There is a secondary electric refrigerator/freezer chest. Generous storage is found throughout the vessel. On deck the large cockpit and after deck provide space and safety with lee cloth enclosure. A dodger, bimini, and awning provide shade, and removable side curtains and screens enable the cockpit to be enclosed. The on-deck helm has a folding pilot seat and side bench seats where folding backrests can provide ease for the captain and crew.
