Vessel Overview
The Nauticat 44 is built by Siltala Yachts Oy in Finland. Nauticats are renowned worldwide as spacious, well-constructed live-aboards capable of comfortably crossing oceans. The GRP hull is hand-laminated; all structural bulkheads are teak-faced marine plywood securely bonded to the hull. The iron ballast keel is fitted internally and encapsulated with GRP.

All exterior trim, including handrails and the overhead hatch trim, are teak.
The bowsprit is stainless steel with teak planking; all decks are teak as is the rub strake.

Vessel Walkthrough
The forward cabin has a vee-berth with new cushions. There is storage underneath and along the sides of the hull. Next aft to starboard is the forward head and shower, aft of which is located the front loading refrigerator/freezer. Opposite to port is the commodious U-shaped galley with a three-burner Force 10 stove/oven.
Just aft of the galley is the U-shaped and spacious dinette opposed to starboard by a salon sofa. Storage lockers abound throughout this part of the boat.
Aft and up three steps is the large pilothouse with the inside helm station and instrumentation. Access to the exterior is through doors to port and starboard. Aft of the helm station is a moderate-sized table with seating along two sides to port and aft. To starboard of the steps to the master cabin there is a storage compartment.
Entrance to the aft cabin is down three steps from the pilothouse. The master cabin has a centerline queen bed with custom mattress; abundant storage; hanging locker and head to starboard with a large shower room to port.
