Pilothouse & Cockpit steering stations. Roller Furling on all sails w/ in mast mainsail. Bow thruster...
This gorgeous yacht was purchased seven years ago by a man that loves projects (but is not a sailor).
The boat's interior Looks BRAND NEW! This guy has gone into every cubbyhole, cleaned, painted, varnished, re-upholstered and absolutely detailed everything! Engine room is spotless, so is every bilge... it really is something to look at: He even keeps plastic over the top of the matching bed comforters.
Couple this with a "no-nonsense," most rugged sailboat ever built... and you are looking at one heck of a gnarly, go-anywhere sailing yacht!

Accommodations
Wow, what a perfect setup for the family going cruising... OK maybe its better suited for the Guy who demands everything and spent his childhood sailing the seven seas... and he really has specific expectaions of what a good seagoing boat is!
Captain's Cabin is aft w/ensuite head/tub. Lots of storage thru-out.
Great access to engine room with door entry coming from the aft cabin hallway (plus thru floor boards in pilot house for extreme access). Large and wonderful pilothouse with large settee.
Below & forward (starboard) is the large dinette - opposite the gourmet large galley... perfect for underway feasts! Farther forward on port is the VIP stateroom ( a double pullman berth). Starboard side has a head w/showerstall. Farthest forward cabin has the crew bunkbeds. This is an excellent layout! Certainly a dream design for those folks that are spending time on a "real" cruise!

Galley
OK, Look at the pictures!!!! I don't think they have made such a perfect galley since the ol' days of South Pacific "Schooner" expeditions. It really is thought out! I have been at sea.... I really like this galley. The crew will like it too! No make shift stuff here... wanta cook something in the Bering Strait? There simply is alot of ol' school thought here.... But then again, Skookum's were originally designed for the swordfish fleet of commercial Fishing crafts that had to sail so far off the Pacific Northwest coast... that they had to be sailboats vs power! So your getting a galley that is setup to provide for the rigors of daily hardcore use (commercial use with a sparkling charm)
- Fleming Refrigeration built in-
- I mean commercial grade - solid - meeting the standards of the fishing industry! With seperate Deep Freeze... Again look at the pictures!
